This course is designed to provide the student with a working knowledge and understanding of the Episcopal Office. Careful attention to how Bishops are elected or appointed, their qualifications, responsibilities and required documentation. Special emphasis is placed on the role and responsibility of the Presiding Prelate in the course of electing or appointing Bishops of the Lord’s Church.
