Course Description:
This course is designed to introduce the student to the meaning and significance of the Seven Sacraments of the Church. Primarily presented from the standpoint of the “Convergence Movement,” this course provides the categories, use, meaning, and elements of each of the Sacraments. Additionally, the scriptural and theological significance of each Sacrament is discussed in a clear and concise manner.

Course Objectives:
1) To provide the student with a working knowledge of the seven Sacraments of the Church.
2) To acknowledge the scriptural and theological relevance of the Sacraments of the Church.
3) To foster understanding of the Sacraments from both Liturgical and Non-Liturgical standpoints.
